Instructed to design a modern energy efficient residence, the first approach was to determine the spatial layout that would be instiled in the house. A glass exterior house existed as the shell of the project. Thus making space for many posibilities but also only a limited amount.

A cozy modern style was implemented with walnut fixed elements, marble features and LED strips lights concealed in low traffic areas. All these elements add to a boujee, relaxed yet modern feel in the home.
